Job Summary
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and work directly with the company's controller. This is more than just a bookkeeping position — it’s an opportunity for someone who wants to grow professionally and be part of a hands-on, fast-moving business where your input matters.You’ll manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payable, QuickBooks Online entries, and monthly financial statements.We’re in the fabric/textile industry, so familiarity with manufacturing or inventory-based businesses is a plus — but if you’re curious and eager to learn, we’ll give you the tools and opportunities to grow. If there's something you want to learn, we’ll do our best to help you gain that experience.

Pay:

$25 – $30/hour, depending on experience
Full-time (Monday–Friday, approx. 8am–4:30pm)

What You'll Do :

Maintain and reconcile AR/AP
Manage QuickBooks Online entries and reporting
Prepare monthly financial statements
Organize and track the owner's financial records
Collaborate with the production team

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial statements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable
Able to work independently and take initiative
Eagerness to learn and grow with the company

Bonus Points For:

Experience in the fabric or textile industry
Familiarity with inventory or manufacturing accounting
