Job Overview:
As a Full-Time Service Cashier, you will be responsible for managing customer transactions efficiently and accurately while providing outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our patrons, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated during their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial exchanges.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Address customer inquiries and provide assistance or product information as needed.
Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining product displays as necessary.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and safety.
Participate in training and development sessions as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred.
Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Proficient with technology and POS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
