We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Electrician Project Superintendent to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Commercial Electrician Project Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial electrical projects from inception to completion. This role requires extensive electrical knowledge, leadership abilities, and project management skills to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, electricians, contractors, and clients to maintain high-quality standards while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors on commercial electrical projects.
Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical installations, ensuring work is performed to code and safety regulations.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and technical schematics.
Communicate with clients, project managers, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and material procurement to maintain project timelines and cost efficiency.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards.
Enforce workplace safety practices and OSHA regulations to minimize risks and hazards.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently to prevent project delays.
Maintain detailed project records, documentation, and reports.
Train and mentor electricians and apprentices to enhance team performance and skill development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial electrical work, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
Proven track record of running large installtion projects
Journeyman or Master Electrician License (state-specific license required).
Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local electrical regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents and blueprints.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
