Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our team of accountants and assist with various administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree in accounting to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Duties

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
Help maintain accurate financial records and databases.
Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks.
Assist with administrative duties as needed.
Collaborate with the accounting team on various projects.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
