Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing essential financial insights to support business operations. This role requires proficiency in various financial software and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Duties

Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Perform account reconciliation, including balance sheet reconciliation, to ensure accuracy of financial data.
Execute double-entry bookkeeping practices to maintain comprehensive financial records.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights into the company’s financial status.
Utilize technical accounting skills to assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Collaborate with public accounting firms as necessary for audits and compliance.
Maintain proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry and record management.
Stay updated on financial concepts and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Skiilled in Quickboooks
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within the accounting field.
Strong knowledge of financial software and tools used for bookkeeping.
Familiarity with account reconciliation processes and double-entry bookkeeping principles.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
Proficient in writing clear and concise financial reports.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
