Kollectin (GetStyledby) is a fast-growing fashion tech startup empowering stylists and entrepreneurs to build their own businesses. We're seeking a highly punctual, organized and confident Part-Time HR & Office Admin Assistant to join our Alhambra office.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable conducting interviews via Zoom, and knows how to present professionally and clearly to a wide range of people.

🧩 About the Role:

You’ll support both HR and office operations, helping us grow our team and run our space efficiently:

HR Assistant: Conduct Zoom interviews, communicate with candidates, and support onboarding presentations.
Office Admin: Handle day-to-day admin work, support team operations, and keep things running smoothly in between HR tasks.

🕐 Position Details:

Type: Part-Time (Under 30 hours/week)
Location: On-site in Alhambra, California
Pay: \$20/hour
Sample Schedule:
→ Tuesday & Friday: 9 AM – 1 PM
→ Wednesday & Thursday: Full Day (Approx. 9 AM – 5 PM)
(Schedule may be flexible based on needs and availability.)

💼 Key Responsibilities:

HR Focus:

Conduct virtual interviews & presentations via Zoom with professionalism and confidence
Screen applicants and schedule follow-ups
Assist with onboarding and maintain candidate records

Admin Support:

Manage basic order functions, vendors, and internal communication
Organize meetings and support team logistics
Help with general admin and cross-functional coordination
