Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements tailored to client preferences.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for tools and workstations, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable services.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and techniques, providing innovative and stylish services.
Assist clients in selecting retail products that support their nail care routines, enhancing their overall experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer journey from start to finish.

Qualifications and Skills

Proficient in a variety of nail care techniques, including acrylics, gels, and natural nail treatments.
Strong understanding of cosmetology principles and practices.
Experience with eyelash extensions and hair styling is a plus.
Basic knowledge of retail math to assist in effective product sales.
Exceptional communication skills that foster strong client relationships and understanding of their needs.
Previous experience in retail sales is desirable to successfully promote products.
Understanding of hair extensions and barbering techniques is an added advantage.
