Key Responsibilities:

Drive Brand Awareness: Lead global brand awareness campaigns, including strategic expansion into European and Canadian markets, to increase visibility and recognition of Profusion Cosmetics worldwide.
Campaign Management: Collaborate with the social media and design teams to create and execute impactful marketing and PR campaigns across all platforms.
Social Media Growth: Oversee and grow the brand's presence on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms, optimizing content to engage audiences and increase reach.
Performance Measurement: Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics (ROI, KPIs), assessing effectiveness, and refining strategies to meet goals.
Insights & Optimization: Identify key trends and insights from consumer behavior and campaign performance to optimize spend and maximize the effectiveness of marketing efforts across all channels.
Creative Strategy: Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies that will drive new customer acquisition and brand loyalty within both new and existing markets.
Customer Experience: Leverage analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across multiple touch points and channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for customers.
Vendor & Agency Collaboration: Work with external agencies and vendor partners to execute campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand values.

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing with a successful track record of driving impactful campaigns.
Beauty Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing within the beauty industry, with an understanding of its unique challenges and trends.
Strong creativity with a demonstrated ability to identify target audiences and design digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Expertise in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Shopify Analytics) and social media analytics.
Strong analytical and data-driven thinking, with the ability to assess campaign performance and make adjustments to improve results.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest online marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
