Buscamos trabajadores confiables y con experiencia en descarga manual para almacenes de ritmo acelerado en la zona de City of Industry. ¡Ofrecemos contratación directa!

🔹 Detalles del pago:
- 💵 $650 – $1,100/semana
- 📦 Pago por contenedor descargado
- ⏰ Hora de entrada: 6:00 AM
- 📅 Lunes a viernes con horas extras y fines de semana disponibles
- 💳 Pago semanal

🔹 Responsabilidades principales:
- Descargar contenedores manualmente y colocar productos en tarimas (sin banda transportadora)
- Cargar contenedores y almacenar productos en ubicaciones asignadas
- Inspeccionar envíos para detectar daños o discrepancias
- Clasificar y organizar mercancía por SKU o número de artículo
- Aplicar envoltura plástica o material protector para estabilizar productos en tarimas
- Asegurar correctamente los productos para transporte seguro
- Colaborar con el equipo del almacén siguiendo normas de seguridad
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada
- Ayudar a los choferes a posicionar los camiones en los muelles de carga
- Verificar que las etiquetas estén correctamente colocadas y legibles
- Realizar otras tareas asignadas

🔹 Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en descarga manual de contenedores
- Disponibilidad para trasladarse a diferentes almacenes en City of Industry
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 80 libras y realizar tareas físicas repetitivas
- Fiable, detallista y orientado al trabajo en equipo
- Se prefiere experiencia previa en almacén
- Resistencia física para agacharse, levantar, y estar de pie durante largas horas
- Capacidad para adaptarse a entornos de ritmo acelerado y prioridades cambiantes
- Comodidad trabajando en distintas condiciones climáticas, incluso temperaturas extremas o humedad
- Habilidad para moverse en espacios reducidos, subir escaleras, trabajar en plataformas elevadas, y mantener el equilibrio en superficies irregulares
- Destreza manual para manipular con seguridad objetos, paquetes y maquinaria de distintos tamaños

We’re seeking reliable and experienced lumpers for fast-paced warehouse work across City of Industry. Direct contracting opportunities available! Must have manual container unloading experience.

🔹 Pay Details:
- $650 – $1,100/week
- Paid Per Container
- Start Time: 6:00 AM
- Monday–Friday with OT & Weekends
- Weekly Pay

🔹 Responsibilities Include:
- Unload containers manually and place items on pallets (without conveyer belt)
-· Loading shiping containers and storing items at their designated locations.
- Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies
- Sort and organize goods by SKU or item number
- Apply shrink wrap or protective material to secure and stabilize palletized items for safe transport.
- Secure items properly for transport
- Collaborate with warehouse team and follow safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate inventory and clean workspaces
- Help truck drivers position their vehicles safely at loading docks to facilitate efficient and safe loading and unloading
- Perform other duties as assigned
-Verify that all labels are correctly placed and legible, providing accurate information about the contents.

🔹 Requirements:
- Experience in manual unloading of shipping containers
- Must be able to travel to different warehouse locations in the City of Industry
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Physical endurance and endurance to perform repetitive tasks, such as bending, lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity, if necessary.
-Ability to maneuver within confined spaces, climb stairs, work on elevated platforms, and maintain balance while walking on uneven surfaces.
-Manual dexterity to safely handle, manipulate, and control various sizes of items, packages, and machinery.
