Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
Process sales transactions swiftly and accurately using the cash register.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely and responsibly.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively sell to customers.
Provide product demonstrations as needed to enhance customer experience.
Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
Proven sales ability with an understanding of retail sales techniques.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and product pricing.
Ability to perform product demos effectively to engage customers and promote sales.
