Our
Order Processing Supervisor will be responsible for accurate and timely order processing operations. Individuals will oversee the order processing team with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to order processing coordinators to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee the order processing procedures and related tasks to ensure they are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with E-Commerce and Supply Chain teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Manage order processing admin support work, including O download, invoice conversion in QB (Quick Book), and invoice submit, etc.
- Follow up shipments and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (i.e., 3PL, Customer Service team, etc.) to address any shipment issues promptly and effectively.
- Report any abnormal issues or high fraud hazard orders to management in a timely manner and oversee the resolution process efficiently.
- Responsible for cross-training among team members, develop and implement procedures for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Qualification:- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, operation management, or related field.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of 4.
- Work experience with ERP system, QuickBooks, Shipworks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and deal with changing priorities.
