Sales Associate Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic, detail-oriented Sales Associate to support our sales team, based in Ontario, in delivering customized marketing solutions to our clients. The Sales Associate role ensures smooth sales operations, customer satisfaction, and effective collaboration between internal departments. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our clients' brands, representing them at live-in businesses across the region. Winning is not everything, it's the only thing. Individuals who love the thrill and the excitement of benefiting from the effort they put in suit this role perfectly.
What You'll Do as a Sales Associate:
- As a Sales Associate, you will represent our client's products and services while engaging with customers and establishing continued communication with them so they can stay informed about any product updates or changes
- Our Sales Associates become experts on all client product and service knowledge to be able to answer all customer questions
- Participate in hands-on training sessions focused on leadership and professional skills
- Working with other members of the Sales and Customer Success team to share tips and develop strategic sales approaches to drive business growth and retain customers
- Attending daily team meetings where you collaborate to set goals and review standards
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or GED requirement is required
- Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or administrative roles in the telecommunications industry (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
