** Must have experience in Commercial Landscape / Green Industry and proven track record of commercial customer satisfaction with maintenance projects. **
Other Must Haves:
· 5+ years client focused commercial landscape services to facility and property managers.
· 4 year college degree or equivalent preferred
· bilingual (Spanish)
· Experience with Aspire, Proposify, or related.

In this role you will:
- Develop, maintain, and service existing client relationships - enhancement sales, account profitability and contract retention.
- Monitor and holding crew members accountable - for procedures, safety and quality control.
