Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time)

About the Opportunity
NUTRISHOP® Glendora is growing! We’ve proudly served the Glendora community since 2005, and we’re looking for driven, passionate individuals to join our team as full-time or part-time Retail Sales Associates.
If you're energetic, self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic, we want to meet you! This is a fast-paced, rewarding role for those who love helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for fitness, nutrition, and helping others
- Outgoing, positive, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
- Willingness to work evenings (until 8 PM) and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
- Assist customers with product recommendations tailored to their goals
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on new launches
- Process transactions and handle basic math computations
- Keep store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Help execute local outreach and in-store promotions
Preferred But Not Required:
- Prior retail or sales experience
- Familiarity with supplements or fitness products
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills
