We are seeking a skilled HVAC Lead Residential Installer to join our family. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the capability to work with various refrigeration equipment. The HVAC Installer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality service and efficient system performance.
Duties
- Install and maintain HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to design and build HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during installations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding HVAC systems.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R installation and maintenance.
- Ability to build, plumb, and design effective HVAC solutions for various environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership skills.
- A valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites.
- Minimum 5 years experience required.
