The ideal candidates will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing age appropriate educational activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. A strong background in early childhood education and experience with infants is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Provide a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment for all children.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, to support children’s learning and development.
• Manage classroom, behave effectively, utilizing positive reinforcement techniques.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor children’s progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience across different age groups.
• Maintain accurate records of students, attendance, progress, and any incidences that occur during class.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 12 to 15 early childhood education units are required.
• Experience in infant care is highly desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
• A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
• Work on monthly Themes.
