Position Summary:
Junior Project Manager will oversee multiple projects from inception through completion, with the ability to take complete ownership of projects and resolve issues in order to meet customer expectations as well as project deadlines.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned projects
- Budget and schedule development
- Oversee system engineering, programming and commissioning
- Conduct formal presentations and training sessions for customer meetings and events
- Contractor and subcontractor management
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide controls training to owners and contractors
- Provide engineer, contractor & owner sales support
- Controls estimating and technical support
- Critical Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to read architectural, mechanical and electrical blueprints
- Understanding of mechanical systems and basic electrical knowledge
- Understanding of construction documentation, procedures and construction processes
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
- Strong judgment, planning and multi-tasking skills
Education and Experience:
- HVAC Technician experience
- A.S. or Certificate in HVAC
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
