Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare treatments and services, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills while providing a welcoming and relaxing experience for clients. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for performing various beauty treatments, educating clients on skincare regimens, facials, and promoting retail products to enhance their overall experience. Please do not apply if you are not comfortable with being an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. You will not have an hourly rate and your pay will be based on 60% of each service you complete
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials.
- Provide consultations to clients to determine their skincare needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Promote retail sales of skincare products and other beauty items to enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics
- Document client information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus; ability to promote products confidently.
- Certification from an accredited esthetics program is required; additional certifications in specialized treatments are a plus.
