Position: Merchandise Project Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
The Merchandise Project Coordinator will support the Merchandise department with daily operations, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking to ensure timely and efficient merchandise flow.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS:
- Assist manager with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
- Help manage inventory tracking and coordination with vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Ensure that product and inventory data is accurately recorded in systems like Excel or other internal databases.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with vendors by coordinating communication, organizing meetings, and following up on deliveries.
- Support in creating and updating merchandise line plans, maintaining SKU lists, and assisting in seasonal merchandise planning.
- Collaborate with the Procurement and Logistics teams to support budgeting, pricing reviews, and cost analysis.
- Maintain records of procurement and logistics operations, assist with merchandise shipment acceptance and rejection reports, and assist with preparing and summarizing reports for management.
- Help balancing workloads, scheduling tasks, and monitoring key deadlines across the merchandise team.
- Ability to handle any other tasks assigned by department manager.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain or inventory management is a plus.
- Prior experience in a retail or administrative support role is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in inventory analysis, project coordination or a similar role.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
- Bilingual in Mandarin (preferred, not required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
