We’re searching for a passionate, licensed Esthetician to join our new medspa team! If you love making skin glow, thrive in a luxe-meets-fun environment, and have experience (or major interest) in the Glo2 Facial, we want to meet you. The ideal candidate will have a strong skincare and beauty treatments background, providing exceptional service to patients. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client experience through personalized skincare consultations and treatments. Your expertise will help clients achieve beauty goals while promoting a welcoming and relaxing environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice on skincare regimens and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
- Always maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up care.
- Engage with our social media team to promote services, share client success stories, and attract new clientele.
- Collaborate with the team to manage inventory levels for products used in treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and other beauty services to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Valid esthetician license in California.
- A proactive approach to learning new techniques and staying current with industry trends. Experience (or major interest) in the Glo2 Facial is a BIG PLUS.
- Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- STRONG SALES skills with the ability to promote products and services effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
