In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex HVAC and refrigeration systems across commercial, industrial, and government facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and service commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance, including filter changes, duct cleaning, and refrigerant refills.
- Test HVAC/R systems for proper operation, pressure, and leaks using gauges and diagnostic tools.
- Test electrical circuits or components for continuity and repair or replace faulty wiring and components.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing technical training, including manufacturer-specific and OSHA safety training.
- Travel to various project sites (with per diem provided when necessary).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC/R service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of chillers, air handlers, heat pumps, and geothermal systems.
- Valid Driver's License and EPA Certification required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Work Schedule:
- Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available
- Monday to Friday (additional overtime opportunities available)
Work Location:
- Projects across Commercial, Industrial, and Government/Federal sectors.
- Primary work based in Chino, CA with potential travel (per diem provided).
