Position Overview:
As a Retail Sales Representatives, you will represent and promote our brand in retail environments. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with customers, driving sales, and creating an exceptional brand experience that leads to increased customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell telecommunication and cell phone products and services in a retail setting
- Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and product knowledge
- Drive brand awareness and customer loyalty through positive brand experiences
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Assist in setting up promotional events and displays
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client products and services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
- Represent Titan Consulting Group in a professional and engaging manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for customer service and building relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
