Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly Product Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, coupled with the ability to train and develop internal staff and external partners. This role is vital in ensuring that all stakeholders have a thorough understanding of our products’ technical features and applications, contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction and sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary technical expert on all HVAC products within the Alorair portfolio.
· Design and deliver comprehensive product training programs for sales teams, customer service representatives, distributors, and external clients.
· Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing technical expertise during product demonstrations, client meetings, and trade shows.
· Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide market feedback and suggest product improvements.
· Develop and maintain technical training materials, including manuals, online resources, and instructional videos.
· Assist in resolving complex product-related technical issues, ensuring prompt and effective customer support.
· Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to maintain Alorair’s competitive edge.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth product launches and market rollouts.
· Maintain detailed documentation of training activities, product feedback, and technical inquiries.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field; equivalent HVAC industry experience may be considered.
· Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, with proven expertise in product application and technical support.
· Strong experience in delivering technical training to diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand information.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems; familiarity with digital learning platforms is a plus.
· Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for training, product demonstrations, and industry events.
· Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
