Job description
We are looking to hire individuals to conduct entry for our Background Investigation department. Remote office equipment such as a computer, high-speed internet and smart phones will be required. Knowledge of legal criminal matters and ability to read court minute entries is mandatory. It is HIGHLY recommended to NOT apply if you do not have knowledge of legal terminology. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on court cases and legal documents to gather relevant information.
- Analyze and summarize findings to assist legal professionals in case preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of research activities and findings.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure timely access to necessary information.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact research outcomes.
