Merlot Medical Spa is located in between West Covina and City of Walnut and was established since 2010, we cater to all skincare needs and offer a wide array of services to rejuvenate mind, body and soul. We are looking for a professional Licensed Esthetician with passion for sales and an expansive skincare skillset, confidence, pleasant personality and great communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to our clients while promoting a welcoming and relaxing environment. - Spa Room Cleaning, Assist with Laundry and Organization
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms to create a comfortable and hygienic environment.
- Collaborating with guests to develop personalized skincare routines and recommendations.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction during each spa experience.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to deliver outstanding service and support a positive team culture.
- Eligibility for performance bonuses based on achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience.
- Be able to speak to and embody our spa's values, which include: sophisticated, professional, excellence, neoteric, consistent, educated, receptive, and service.
- A valid Esthetician license in the state of California.
- Experience in the luxury industry is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques and treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- A passion for skincare and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
