Flower Shop Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to client families. This position performs clerical work, provides customer service, and conducts the sale of flowers in the flower shop. What You'll Be Doing
Deliver flower presentations to client families and
assist
them in the proper
selection

in floral arrangements with availability.
Maintain effective communication with client families. Solve and address customer concerns
in a timely manner
Maintain correct balance of cash and
timely

submission of cash reports, following all cash handling procedures.
- Maintain professional vendor relationships. Order, verify, and receive inventory. Deliver client family orders by deadline.
- Receive and process phone, internet, and other orders accurately to meet customer expectations.
Receive payments
for
contracts
, add-ons, and store merchandise,

from customers and provide receipts.

- Bilingual Spanish required.
- Previous experience in a customer service position.
- High school diploma/General education degree (GED).
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Type 35 wpm and be PC literate; basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Must be able to handle difficult situations with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
Must be able to work on-site.
Preferred Qualifications .
Previous experience in a flower shop/cashier/sales position.

Drug Testing Policy
