Salesperson – General Merchandise & Beauty (Full Time)

WatchTime Inc. is hiring a full-time Salesperson to join our growing team! We’re a fast-paced distributor of general merchandise—ranging from watches and toys to beauty products and more. If you're a motivated sales professional with wholesale and B2B experience, this is your opportunity to make an impact, earn uncapped commissions, and help shape the growth of our business.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage your own book of wholesale and B2B clients
- Pitch and sell a wide range of products including watches, toys, cosmetics, and trending general merchandise
- Travel to trade shows (minimum once per quarter) and occasionally visit clients in-person (must have your own vehicle)
- Use provided product samples to demo items and close deals
- Work closely with our in-house team to ensure client satisfaction and order accuracy
- Hit assigned sales quotas and grow your commission potential
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in B2B wholesale sales, especially in general merchandise or cosmetics
- Proven ability to close deals and manage client accounts independently
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks Online, and Shopify
- A valid driver’s license and access to your own reliable vehicle
- Willingness to work on-site at our Santa Fe Springs office full time (no remote/hybrid options)
