We are looking for an upbeat, compassionate person for our front desk/retail space at our holistic dental spa. You will act as the ‘face’ of our wellness/ multi-specialty center and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will greet patients, make appointments, and explain services and products offered in the dental hygiene spa department. Our ideal candidate has a solid five-star customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers. Dental experience not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a smile
- Ensure front desk and reception room is clean and organized
- Check in / check out patients
- Make appointments
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Handle specific customers requests
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team
- Do inventory with the manager
- Suggest products to customers and discuss our services benefits
Skills
- Proven work experience in retail: 1 year preferred
- Good computer skills (e.g. Computers and printers)
- Thorough knowledge of customer service and basic bookkeeping/inventory procedures
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Excellent communication, computer and people skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- High School diploma; additional certification is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
