Summary
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll be responsible for managing vendor invoices, payment processing, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is essential to the success of our franchise operations and is ideal for someone with restaurant experience and Sage Intacct knowledge.
What You’ll Do:
- Process and track invoices, payments, and vendor records
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices accurately
- Ensure timely payment cycles and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end tasks and AP reporting
- Maintain filing and digital documentation for audits
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of accounts payable experience in a restaurant environment
- 2-year Experience with Sage Intacct
- Excellent accuracy and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate well
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus
Work Schedule:
Mon- Friday 9AM-5:30PM
