Responsibilities:
- 1-2 years experience with Quickbooks payroll, A/P and A/R.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Assist in tax planning

- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger account
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
- Proficiency in payroll processing and understanding of relevant laws and regulations
- Knowledge of budgeting and corporate accounting procedures
- 1-2 years of experience working with Quickbooks or similar accounting software is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write financial reports
