Growing food manufacturing company in City of Industry is now hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in a fast-paced bottling facility. This full time, permanent role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, a hands-on leadership style, and experience in a dairy or food or beverage manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and schedule maintenance technicians
Oversee preventative/corrective maintenance and facility systems
Manage CMMS planning, reporting, and work orders
Partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams
Ensure OSHA, FDA, GMP, and internal compliance
Drive cost-saving and uptime-improving initiatives
Qualifications:
5+ years in maintenance leadership (dairy/food/beverage preferred)
Strong mechanical/electrical systems experience
Experience managing CMMS and maintenance projects
Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus
