We are a full service auto repair/tire shop that has been in business for 40.
We provide:
- Performance determined pay - The better the store does the more you get. $800/week is "fog a glass" level base pay, just maintaining the current sales would get you a bonus above that. We are looking to do better but just maintaining current sales will net you about $2,000-ish per pay (depending on sales/days worked) and it goes up from there.
- Flexible work schedule - After you're trained, choose to work four or five or six days a week. Not a morning person? Start at 9am. Get up with the sun? Get in at 7:15 and leave early. Want to go on a river trip with the family? Cool, work four days that week. Need to be at the store more to end the month strong? Awesome, work six days that week. We know you're human and we want you to be successful in both your carrier and personal life.
- We are closed Sundays so no worry about being promised you won't have to work Sundays and then having to "fill in" on a Sunday down the road.

We are looking for a Manager that can take charge, orginize the work flow as well as think on their feet and close the sale.
You need to be driven and serious about winning.
This job is NOT for shy, slow, lazy or disorganized people.
After you have proven you are able to effectively manage, we have room to promote to a management position.
Must have at least two years of automotive repair sales experience to be considered.
ASE certs and/or a mechanical background is a plus.
We have the VAST point of sale system (used at America’s Tire, Ramona and similar to the system used at Firestone).
