Job Summary
We're on the hunt for a passionate and detail-driven Garment Tech to join our LA-based Design Team - primarily supporting our iconic Tiger Mist brand, with opportunities to contribute across our entire brand portfolio.
In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with our design team to bring creative visions to life, ensuring each garment not only looks incredible but performs flawlessly. Your expertise will play a key role in maintaining exceptional quality, perfecting construction and fit, and selecting fabrics that elevate both style and comfort.
You’ll be a vital part of the design journey—from first concept through to final product—collaborating with the Design team, offering technical insight that keeps our designs wearable, commercial, and cost-effective without compromising on quality.

Responsibilities
- Create and interpret tech packs with precision, ensuring accurate measurements, construction, and materials.
- Conduct fit sessions, assess samples, and give clear, actionable feedback for improvements.
- Review patterns, size specs, and grading to ensure consistency across all styles.
- Ensure fabrics and trims meet our high standards for quality, durability, and compliance.
- Partner with factories to resolve construction issues and keep production on track.
- Oversee garment testing to guarantee flawless stitching, finishing, and fit.
- Collaborate closely with design, product development, and suppliers to bring each concept to life.
- Stay ahead of fast fashion trends to drive innovation and enhance product performance.
- Keep detailed, up-to-date records of specs, approvals, and changes.
- Quickly troubleshoot technical issues to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
With 3–5 years’ experience as a Garment Technician in fast fashion or high-volume production, you will be comfortable with the pace and process and love working in a collaborative environment.
The ideal fit will have strong skills in fit, construction, and grading and be proficient with tech packs and sample assessments. Your experience means you are used to working with overseas suppliers to troubleshoot technical and production issues, keeping the process moving smoothly.
