Description:
We are seeking a skilled and certified Welder/Fabricator to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG welding, steel and aluminum fabrication, and be comfortable working in a shop environment with a variety of machinery and tools.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel and aluminum components
- Operate saws, shears, punches, and other fabrication equipment
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans
- Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
- Current welding certification required
- Minimum 3 years’ fabrication experience preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools and fabrication machinery
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
