This role will be filled by a diligent, and charismatic individual with whom has the passion to provide top-notch service while catering to our customers. Service Technicians will report directly to the service manager and are responsible for ensuring that every job is done right. We don't cut corners here at Mediterranean. The ideal candidate has a dedication to quality and is motivated to continue their education in the industry. Mediterranean works with HVAC, Solar, Hot Water Heaters and Related Electrical. Employees are able to gain experience working in many different fields, or focus on just one if preferred. We are here to help our employees grow.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality service to every customer.
- Maintain professional appearance.
- Read and understand basic schematics.
- Convey a tone of professionalism and confidence to our customers.
- Adapt to the needs of our customer base.
- Understand customer concerns and address them quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Provide consistent follow through with every customer.
- Perform other miscellaneous tasks related to the service function.
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent.
- HVAC experience or Trade School.
- Good English speaking/reading/writing.
- Current Driver's License

Working Conditions:
Primary environment: Jobsite. Occasional weekend or evening work is expected. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. Will require walking, crawling, and climbing ladders throughout the day. Will require reaching above shoulder height, below the waist or lifting to move equipment and material throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. May include lifting of ductwork, material, and equipment on occasion.
