Accounts Receivables/payables Associate needed!

We are looking for a knowledgeable bookkeeper who can ensure the company receives payments for goods and services and records these transactions accordingly. As one of our accounts receivable/payables associates, you will secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts, resolving any discrepancies, and paying vendors using Bill.com.
To succeed as our Accounts Receivable/payables Associate you should be analytical, detail-oriented, and honest. The ideal person should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong understanding of accounting and a keen eye for detail.
Accounts Receivables/payables Associate Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
- Making payments though Bill.com to vendors on a weekly basis.
Accounts Receivable/payable Associate Requirements:
- This is an in-office position
- 1-5 years of experience in accounting is required
- Familiarity with industry-standard accounting software (QuickBooks etc.), Bill.com.
- An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
- An ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of database (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle potential tense interactions with clients
- A desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish daily goals
- Exceptional math skills.
- Willingness to comply with all local, state, federal, and company regulations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
