Brow Threading & Waxing Specialist
The Brow Fixx is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Brow Artist to join our growing team! We’re currently hiring for two positions and are specifically seeking someone who is highly skilled in brow threading and fully trained in brow lamination and lash lifts.
About the Role:
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, is enthusiastic about brows and lashes, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for clients. At The Brow Fixx, it’s not just about the service—it’s about delivering confidence and care with every appointment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform expert-level eyebrow threading, waxing, tinting, and brow lamination
- Offer lash lift services with professional application and care
- Provide thoughtful client consultations and personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming work area
- Educate clients on home care and upsell brow and lash products
- Follow State Board guidelines and maintain accurate service records
Requirements:
- Must have hands-on experience with brow threading, brow lamination, and lash lifts
- Valid esthetician or cosmetology license (as required by state law)
- 2+ years of experience in professional brow shaping and styling
- Passion for beauty and client care
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Physical Expectations:
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4+ hours)
- Able to kneel or crouch as needed for services
- Must be comfortable lifting light items (up to 10 lbs)
