We run a growing Amazon wholesale business and are looking for a smart, detail-oriented assistant to help manage daily operations. You’ll start with a few tasks and, if things go well, grow into a full-time role with more responsibility and higher pay.
What You’ll Do:
- Reorder products weekly using our software
- Match supplier SKUs, confirm margins, and update reorder sheets
- Communicate with suppliers via email
- Manage shipment updates and inventory tracking
- Organize cost of goods (COGS) data
- Occasionally assist with Amazon listing updates
- Scout new products from supplier catalogs using Helium 10, Keepa, etc.
- Restock shipping and office supplies
- Perform admin and documentation tasks as needed
What You Need:
- 1+ year experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with Helium 10, Keepa, or similar tools
- Great attention to detail and organization
- Strong written English for emailing suppliers
- Proactive and eager to learn
- (Bonus): Familiar with Amazon wholesale or BSR/product scouting
