Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and Detail-Oriented Handyman & Painters Drywall & Stucco Finisher, also a Tile Setter and a Painters , to join our Construction Team.
The ideal candidate will have Experience in Residential and Commercial Projects we do alot of Home Improvement Repairs and Remodeling;
Drywall, & Stucco Various Plastering Techniques, including Drywall - Stucco Application. As a Drywall & Stucco Finisher, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic and structural integrity of buildings through your expertise in plastering , taping, mudding, sanding.
As a tile setter, you will play a crucial role in laying down tiled floors and walls, including prep, hardiebacker, thin set.
Responsibilities
Apply plaster, and other materials to walls, Ceilings, And Other Surfaces To Create A smooth Finish, Install Corner Beads, Tape, Sand.
Tile Setting, Floors And Walls, Professionally.
Perform Caulking Tasks to Seal Joints And Prevent Moisture Infiltration.
Maintain A Clean And Organized Work Environment At All Times, Adhering To Safety Regulations On The Construction Site.
Operate All Equipment As Needed For Specific Projects
Qualifications
Proven Experience As A Drywall Finisher, Or In A Similar Role Within The Construction In Industry.
Proven Experience As A Drywaller & Stucco And Painter Finisher.
Proven Experience As a Tile Setter.
MUST HAVE ALL THE TOOLS IN HIS/HER VAN OR TRUCK.
YOU MUST USE YOUR TOOLS.
Strong Knowledge Of Various Plastering Techniques.
Excellent Attention To Detail With Strong Problem-Solving Skills.
Physical Stamina And Strength To Perform Manual Labor For Extended Periods.
Familiarity With Construction Site Safety Practices Is Essential.
A Valid Driver’s License May Be Required For Transportation Between Job Sites.
