Key Responsibilities:
Monitor our two franchise offices and lead our national expansion our new branches in Sacramento.
Drive national account marketing.
Coordinate between HQ, franchise offices, and branches for mutual growth through referrals, subcontracts, and joint sales initiatives.
Oversee HR functions including recruitment, training, policy development, and compliance.
Oversee creation and and maintenance of staff training and professional development.
Oversee creation and maintenance of all company processes and procedures.
Oversee all company organizational structure and resolve any gaps or needed development
Prepare quarterly/monthly budgets, engage in strategic growth planning, and handle contractor legalities.
Monitor financials, review credit card statements, and manage some legal matters.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in marketing and sales.
Relentless ability to get things done. Must be able to drive projects to completion.
HR experience, ideally, with a certification in the field.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Word, Excel, and internet research.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and management skills to lead and motivate.
Commitment to excellence in customer service and brand representation.
Adaptability and willingness to learn, travel, and work some evenings, nights, and weekends for emergencies.
