What We're Looking For:
- Licensed cosmetologist in California
- Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
- Professionalism and a client-first mindset
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Up-to-date on trends and techniques
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about hair
Responsibilities:
- Perform haircuts, coloring, blowouts, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s needs
- Provide consultations and expert recommendations for hair care and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation before and after each service
- Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits
- Educate clients about at-home hair care and retail products
- Collaborate with the salon team to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and used in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Help with content creation and occasional participation in salon promotions or events

- Have a book of clients or are looking to build one
- Are skilled in blowouts, balayage, or extensions
- Love content creation or have a strong social media presence
