Position: Hands-on Foreman for Tenant Improvement Commercial Construction Projects - Non-union, private sector.
This role requires occasional out-of-town travel, with some projects requiring weeks away from home. Candidates must be willing to travel as needed.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of construction experience
* Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and Social Security card
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Strong supervisory skills to manage teams, track progress, and provide project updates
* Commitment to quality control and proactive problem identification
* Strict adherence to safety compliance
* Drug-free workplace
* Ability to lift 50 lbs.
