Head Spa Therapist
Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Compensation: From $20/hr + tips, commission, and bonuses

At SCVLP, we are redefining scalp health through an elevated head spa experience that combines the art of scalp rituals with advanced scalp therapy. Our goal is to provide a space for deep relaxation, aesthetic wellness, and long-term hair vitality.
We are seeking passionate, client-focused professionals to join our growing team and help deliver our signature rituals that go beyond beauty—supporting restoration, balance, and total wellness from the scalp down.
What You’ll Do
- Perform signature SCVLP scalp rituals, including therapeutic head and scalp massages, exfoliating treatments, steaming, and product application.
- Offer personalized scalp consultations and recommend the appropriate ritual or add-on (such as PRP, exosomes, or post-transplant therapy).
- Educate clients on proper at-home scalp care and product use.
- Maintain a clean, calming, and professional environment at all times.
- Assist with client check-in/out, appointment management, and light administrative duties.
- Work collaboratively with a team of wellness providers, nurses, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
- Cosmetology or Esthetician License (Required) — Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in spa or wellness settings preferred, but not required.
- Skilled in massage or scalp-focused techniques is a plus (training available).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail.
- Passion for wellness, scalp health, and client transformation.
- Able to work around shampoo bowls and treatment beds.
