Your New Role

As an HVAC Technician, you'll play an essential role in keeping our clients comfortable and satisfied. Here’s what you’ll do:

Meet with homeowners to diagnose and repair HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems run efficiently
Train junior team members and share your expertise
Communicate clearly with clients, keeping them informed every step of the way
Order and maintain equipment as needed, ensuring jobs are completed seamlessly
Follow all local HVAC codes and company standards to ensure safe, high-quality service

Clean driving record and active driver’s license
EPA Universal Certification
Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
Reside within 20 miles of the shop
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
Authorized to work in the U.S.
