What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet every guest with warmth, respect, and attentiveness
- Provide a range of natural hair services, such as: cutting, styling, extensions and/or braiding
- Conduct thorough, friendly client consultations
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation and tools (per health & safety guidelines)
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Recommend and upsell products or services that enhance the client’s experience
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive salon environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Commission-based only (no booth rentals)
- Payday every Friday
- Earning $4,000 – $8,000/month, depending on hours, experience and service specialty
Location: In person – Mid-City, Los Angeles

Pay: $4,200.00 - $7,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
