We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology and a flair for creativity, providing exceptional hair care and styling services to our clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, color treatments, and other beauty services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to client preferences.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client satisfaction and promote upselling opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty techniques to provide innovative services.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification required.
- Experience in barbering is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Knowledge of various hair care techniques
