White Mechanical is looking to hire a HVAC/R Service Technician to join our Commercial division! Service Technicians perform service, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC & refrigeration systems. Service Technicians are issued an all expenses paid company vehicle with advanced company tooling. Installation experience is a plus! Qualified service technicians can expect to earn between $30-50/hr. depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency/service maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Must be able to use an iPad for payment and processing with consumers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC/R or other related fields
- Familiarity with HVAC/R wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs., as well as perform overhead work and crawling/squatting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- 5-7+ years of HVAC/R service experience required for Journeyman positions
- EPA Universal
- NATE Core strongly preferred

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
