Common Responsibilities
• Operating company vehicles to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment.
• Transporting materials, equipment, and construction supplies to job sites.
• Loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper tie-down protocols are followed.
• Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Assisting with warehouse and yard duties, including receiving, shipping, and maintaining inventory.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the warehouse.
• Following safe driving practices and adhering to safety protocols.
Typical Requirements:
• Ability to lift a certain amount of weight (e.g., 40 lbs or 50 lbs).
• Prior warehouse or delivery experience is often preferred.
• Forklift experience
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform basic math.
