QUALIFICATION
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources professional with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in general HR functions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR best practices and demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
1. Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including those related to wages, work hours, discrimination, unions, and collective bargaining.
2. Full-cycle recruitment management, including resume sourcing, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and applying effective interviewing techniques.
3. Development and implementation of strategic recruitment and talent management plans.
4. Administration and compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
5. Working knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety compliance.
6. Employee training and development programs aimed at improving performance, productivity, and conflict resolution.
7. Leadership development and succession planning to support long-term organizational growth.
8. Creating and maintaining a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
9. Driving and supporting organizational change, including restructuring and process improvements.
10. Drafting, reviewing, and updating employment contracts and related documentation.
11. Managing workers’ compensation processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Accounting background
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
