Responsibilities of the Customer Care Associate:
● Educate customers on available packages and assist with service enrollment to ensure a
smooth enrollment process and close sales
● Represent AT&T and promote products and services to potential customers daily to
drive brand awareness
● Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries about AT&T products and
services
● Learn the ins and outs of the role to be able to expand into a full management role
leading a team of individuals and managing customer accounts
● Connect with customers to ensure their satisfaction; Every member plays a crucial role
in this mission, making our customers feel valued and integral to our success
● Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T services, pricing, and promotions
Qualifications for the Customer Care Associate position:
● Experience in customer service, sales, retail sales, management, leadership or related
fields preferred but not required
● A professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor
● A problem-solving mindset and a desire to help others
● Ability to multi-task and stay highly organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
● Driven to help clients succeed
